Fear can hold us back.
Hope allows us to embrace uncertainty.
Hope allows us to see other possibilities.
I was listening to a mediation today by Oprah and Deepak Chopra, Oprah said this: “How you respond to the difficult things that happen to you can mean the difference between a life of anger or joy. Between despair and hope… Hope lives in these uncomfortable moments, when you have doubts and don’t know what to do.”
Hope can help you regain control in the midst of chaos.

- Be kind you yourself.
- Figure out what you need most and do it.
- Take a walk.
- Relax with a good book.
- Turn off the news and negative media.
- Call a friend to catch up.
