Do You Experience Self-Sabotage?
We are born with only two innate fears: the fear of falling and the fear of loud sounds.
All other fear is learned.
The first 7 years of our life, our conscious mind is nonexistent. That part of our mind that thinks and makes decisions. That can choose. Yes or No. Everything we experience, during those years, goes right into our subconscious mind. That part of our mind that cannot choose. That must accept. We believe everything we see and experience. There is no filter. This is why we say we inherit our parents or caregivers beliefs.
Add to that the fact that 95% of our day is being run by our subconscious. The programs that were installed without our awareness. 70% or more of these programs (paradigms) are disempowering, self-sabotaging, and limiting.
How does this play out in our lives?

We wake up in the morning with wishes and desires. We start to act on those desires. The subconscious mind wants to take us back to where we are comfortable, safe. At the end of the day, after that 95% has ruled our actions… We call that self-sabotage.
The good news is it is not your fault. The bad news is it is your responsibility.
We are the only species on earth, that we know of, that can consciously change our environment.
If you become aware of this, you can re-write your paradigms so they now match your wishes and desires. These new paradigms will assure you go toward your desired destination.
It takes rigor and repetition.
It takes the AIRR Method.
